I have a 4120 PowrReverser with a similar problem. Machine was working great. Turned it off to talk to friend. Turned it back on and it would not move, forward or backward. Loader, PTO, and accessory hydralics work fine. Dealer told me clutch is not geting fluid but they do not know why, yet. Any help?

    Manual transmission with a power reverser.

    No codes.

    Runs fine but will not move forward or backward unless engine is reved to 2300rpm and then it only moves very slowly. However, front and rear hydrallic driven attachments work fine. It just does not move. like it is not in gear.

    Hydralic screen is clean, all lubricants have been changed.

    Rebuilding the power reverser unit, maybe it was leaking.

    If you can give me more info i'm sure i can help.Is the tractor gear or hydro?Is there any codes?Does it stall when trying to move it?What have you tried so far?

You needb to drain the hydrolic fluid and then remove the suction tubethat comes from the right side of the engine and attaches to the hydrolic pump.Loosen the hose clamps and seperate the hose from the tube.Now go under the tractor and remove the brace that goes to the deck.Then go further under the tractor and take the last bolts out of the suction tube.Now you can remove the suction screen and clean it with some solvent and put it back in.Put your tractor back together,install a new hydrolic filter and top up the hydrolic oil,it should move.

    sounds like you need a new clutch pack,the tractor would be good otherwise..these tracters are'nt known for clutches going but it can happen,if all the fluid levels are good and the hydrolics are clean,then this is where you need to go.

My Bosch wwf 2001 did not drain after wash drained machine manually then tried to put on rinse or short wash but buttons not responding
Likely to be a blockage in the draining mechanism. I had this and called out an engineer. Cost me £50 but he did find the piece of lego that was causing the problem. You can fix it yourself if you don't mind putting the machine on its back to get to the tubing (it'll be heavy so get a friend to help). There are youtube tutorials that talk you through it. Each machine is slightly different, but the principles are generally similar. But it shouldn't be all that expensive if you want to call an engineer.

Futura xl-400 will not power on
I had this same issue, machine would not power on. I read another forum that mentioned the bobbin and I thought it was far fetched. HOWEVER... I removed the bobbin, blew air into the bobbin casing to dislodge any fabric bunnies and the machine powered back on. Talk about quirky!

Water in the holding well, no water is coming through to the coffee capsules or into cup. The machine power light is on but nothing is happening.
I have heard of this problem with another brand of machine and what it turned out to be is a back flow valve made of plastic getting clogged up. These valves are for keeping the coffee water from backing up from the coffee capsules back into the holding well water. These valves are rather inexpensive but getting to them is a pain. My friend contacted the company that made his and they were aware of the problem and sent him a brand new machine and told him to destroy the old one. This is how we became aware of this problem was by taking it apart. We found the valve, cleaned it up with vinegar to get rid of water deposits, and reinstalled it. It has been working great ever since.

hi there,

sounds like the machine has no power at all.

there was no need to break the lock.

unplug the machine
take off the console
check connections from the touchpad to the CCU board
make sure nothing is corroded, burned, bent or pinched
unplug and replug the wiring harness
plug the machine back in and try it again.

Losed all
The talk back may be nothing more than a 10 ohm resistor shorted across the pa/external speaker outputs. If this is the sitution, the resistor may have damaged the audio chip. Remove the resistor and see if this corrects the problem. If not you may need to replace the audio chip. Hope this helps
