as you say that u purchased new tv so it must be in warrenty period u hav eno need to do any experiment on it because shopkeepar can say done a mistake . so just make a call to the shopkeepar it will defenetaly solve your problem.
This means that your oven temp sensor has failed. There is no way to fix the sensor. You have to replace. The f2 means that your oven has reached its heaeting limit and it shuts down for safety. Replace oven temp sensor and it wil fix it.
Are you running upsized hiBeams,
the standard bulb is 55/65w,
but is available in 55/90 and 55/130 watt
the relay designed for 11A, wont run with 15A and even less with 22A through the secondary,
also the cable loom goes over some sharp edges, there may be earth leakage from abraded cables, check with ohmneter with lamps unplugged, infinity ohms between cable and earth good, less than infinity problem
