A blinking power light on the Samsung 225BW usually indicates a failure in the power supply board. There are parts called capacitors that start to fail and this causes the power supply to keep restarting trying to stabilize the output voltages. If you can do a little soldering then you should be able to repair the unit yourself. There r problem with your CPU not from Monitor might be any hardware failure at that moment.Pls restart the system after that if display is coming or not if display is not coming might be RAM chip is faulty replace it with goods one.If display still not coming then problem with your Motherboard.pls get it repair by vendor.
