I can't find any details confirming it is EFI or not

How long was the fuel pump running empty? They burn out pretty fast as the fuel provides cooling and lubrication. Apparently there is a service manual for them. It may be that the fuel just needs bleeding through to the injectors.

Is it within warranty?

Check the outlet that the unit is plugged into, to be sure that it is in fact, working. The circuit breaker in your home's circuit breaker panel for that outlet, may have tripped. Also, the outlet may have interior damage or a loose wire connection. If the unit seems not to be getting power, one of the above is the problem. Try plugging the unit into another outlet in a different room.

Here is one of the simple solution to your issue.

I suggest your try a different outlet, if your using a strip, try connecting it directly to the power outlet. Also most of the monitor has the same power cable as the computer, try swapping the power cable and make sure only the power cable is connected to test the monitor. If still doesnt power on, call Dell and have it replaced if still has a warranty if not, repalce the monitor.

Page 39 of the current owners manual for the both EU6500 and the EM5000 generators indicate that there is not a neutral ground bond on these units.

Per the wiring diagram, the ground pin on the outlets is connected to the frame ground of the generators (on both generators). To have grounded electrical service, a bond wire would connect the generator frame to the ground terminal on the transfer switch. The ground system from the breaker / distribution box (usually to a ground rod) then serves as the electrical ground for the generator, as well as the balance of the rest of the system, satisfying NEC requirements.

"The system ground is not connected to the AC neutral
wire. If the generator is tested with a receptacle tester, it will not show the same ground circuit condition as for a home receptacle."

It is in the inner V of the V-6 at least on my 2000 with 3.5 liter engine. It is towards the front passenger side of the engine. It is located behind the power steering pump and it seems like their are two forum listed techniques for replacement - moving the pump or more likely removing the intake manifold and front fuel rails. Many times it seems to be rodent damage to a wire harness, apparently soy based, rather than the sensor itself. Honda has a new part number to prevent re-eating!

yeah you can check your fuses on the driver side under the dash board, you will find one of them blowed.
