put your hand up under the edge of the button and push in the two plastic prongs in and push the switch up out of the spa
they normally just push in and the prongs spring out to hold the switch in place
When you installed the new jet, did you install a new gasket on the wall fitting or use 100% RTF type silicone?
In order to seal a wall fitting that is cracked an leaking, the replacement must have either the gasket or silicone to seal the wall fitting against the wall of the tub or it will leak when filled with water.

It is always possible to add a heater to any jetted bathtub at any time. What you need to find out that is if the tub is plumbed to each jet with rigid PVC pipe or flexible PVC pipe. If it is plumbed in flex pipe then the Tee heater will be easier to install however if it is plumbed in rigid PVC then I would suggest a inline pressure heater that you will install in the water line any place after the discharge of the pump. Here is a link to a installation instructions so you can see how all heaters are installed. US Parts Center
I had the same issue after mine was installed. The line to the jet in the back was crimped a little and when the crimp was taken out, it works just fine. The line that was installed was a little to small and it did not have room to fully expand. You might check this out and I hope that it is the same as mine. Easy cheep fix buy just getting a little bigger line.
i don't have a solution for the manual however, the pump needs to be installed such that the bottom of the suction line going into the pump is 1/2" higher than the bottom of the suction elbow (coming out of the tub) thereby providing the pump with a flooded suction. This will provide the pump enough water to start pumping to the jets.
you will have to look to see where the fitting is to install this heater. there are two styles of heaters they use (mostly) In-line pressure heater that installs after the discharge of the pump but before any of the jets. the in-line Vacuum heater installs before the front of the pump in the suction line.
You will need to check where it is installed and compare that to the model number of the heater. A vacuum heater must be installed in front of the pump on the suction line coming from the suction cover inside the bathtub. If you have a WOW pump then that style of heater will not work in the suction line because the pump doesn't have enough '****' to operate the vacuum switch. A pressure heater is installed in the pvc piping after the discharge of the pump. anywhere in that line before a the jets.
