Citrix environment cant print .pdf files(Adobe reader) but users can print emails, excel or word docs. Black ink covering entire page when users print .pdf files.

This is not a question of Google Gmail but rather about opening the types of files you are trying to open (and naturally on what type of device). There are many types of file attachments including Word (doc, docx), Excel (xls, xlsx), PowerPoint (ppt, pptx), Adobe Reader (pdf), etc. You must have the appropriate application installed to be open each specific type of document.

Are you sure the correct printer is selected in Excel? I would compare Excel print settings with Word settings, since Word is printing docs.

please check. if OK with them its the file its bad. Mite want to upgrade the adobe to 10 or 11 current. Try different computer also. Print different adobe files also.

Download pdf file from your email then, save to USB flash drive. Install pdf installer. download from google and install. After installing try to insert ur USB flash drive and open your pdf file.

Basically it reads:

Press INK MANAGEMENT.
Press UP or DOWN ARROW to select CLEANING.
Press MENU / SET.
Press UP or DOWN ARROW to select BLACK, COLOR, or ALL.
Press MENU / SET.
The machine should now clean the print head then go back into standby mode automatically.

Problem 3: "Error Locating Object Handler" You receive an error message that says "Error Locating Object Handler" while trying to download a document. This is because there is a dependency with a plug-in for Adobe Acrobat while using Internet Explorer.

Problem 4: Unable to Print You have successfully downloaded the pdf, can view it on your computer screen but are unable to print. This is due to a post script error with your printer.
Solution: In any Acrobat Reader program: File > Print > check the Print As Image box > OK
Problem 5: "Adobe Reader could not open file" You received the error message "Adobe Reader could not open 'filename.pdf'" because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been corrupted (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
Solution: Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0: Edit> Preferences> Internet> make sure the Display PDF in Browser box is not checked.
