Measure the voltage to the water fill valve. it should be about 120 volts in fill mode. if it is, then the inlet screen may be plugged. turn off water and disconnect pipe. examine and or clean screen. if screen is clean (some may not have one) and it has 120 volts applied to it then you need to replace the fill valve.

You put the bottom basket in reverse. Turn it arround, and align the centre pipe to the pressure nozzel.
