Just remove the cartridges from the printer the clean inside the printer and print.

• 9-363 is Rotary home position (rotory controler board fuse) first remove the right side cover to see devloper units top side sensor clean or replace and chek all fuses on back side pwr board.

My spec book says max is 12.6" x 17.7"

with an effective print area of 11.7" x 17.2"

try to adjest tray 5 knob on that location

like is 11 x 17 image properly in center

if not

adjast registraion from engineer

one side light &dark

that could be your fuser/youll maybe have to reset an nwm

hi ur drum life is expired.. now u wand replace ur drum.

i dont understad you problem all rigth, but maybe you need a calibration, see when was the last time 

xerox.com look for dc 3535 in support and drivers and the new command workstation is in there
