I have lost my manual for my timex 1440 sports watch and the online instructions seem to be different version. I believe mine must be the mid size verstion i.e. only four buttons. Where can i get the instructios

How do I get instructions
The instructions at the Timex site for a 1440 seem to be for a different watch than our 1440. We eventually found our copy of the instructions and they are titled W-163-US. I found these same instructions here:
