Hello,
I found a way to show you how to enter it on your calculator. Make sure you are in Math Input Output (MathIO). To effect that press [SHIFT][MODE][1:MathIO]. Calculator clears its screen
Press [SHIFT] then [Fraction template key] the one just below [calc]. I will show an image of the template in a picture below. Then you enter 4.6x85000 in the upper square of the template. Press the [Down Arrow] to move cursor to the lower square and key in 3570x0.0843. Then use [Arrow right] to move cursor to the level of the fraction line and press [=]. Hope it helps.

You have a key marked [x10^X] located on the bottom row of keys.
Example: To enter 6.02x10^(23)
6.02[x10^X] 23 [=]
If you have a negative exponent, use the change sign key [(-)]

Scientific notation

All calculator use scientific notation if the result is too small or too large. Some, like the Casio FX9750G II, offer you two Normal displays, Norm1 and Norm2 that have different limits when numbers are converted to scientific notations.
Here is how to set one or the other.
In Run>Mat press SHIFT MODE (Setup). Scroll down or up to reach the display line. Press F3 to select Norm1 or Norm2.

I want to remove the word fix from the top of the calculator

You've got the display set to fixed decimal notation. To change it, press SHIFT MODE 7 to switch to a scientific notation or SHIFT MODE 8 and then 1 or 2 to switch to one of the norm display modes.

norm1 switches to scientific notation if the magnitude of the number is less than 0.01 .
norm2 switches to scientific notation if the magnitude of the number is less than 0.000000001 .

Scientific notation when not wanted.

Unfortunately, you don't. For numbers whose magnitudes differ too greatly from 1, the calculator automatically switches to scientific (or engineering) notation. You can press MODE and change the display settings, but there is no setting that will force the calculator to show this number without an exponent.
