You should try to explore the calculator to find its capabilities. You can also read the manual. Everything is in it. Press the Mode button, then the down arrow key. On the second page of the mode list you find 2:Verif

You can't.

Write your equations first, then try to use the calculator to solve the problem. If you don't know how to do it by hand, you won't be able to ask the calculator to do it for you.

If it does not have the FACT key, you must factor by hand: Divide by 2, then by 3, 5, 7 etc.

I would take it apart and see if they installed the display upside down. I wouldn't think the wires would be long enough to do this, but maybe that is the way it is laid out. Good luck. Paul

I'm having trouble with this one. If I evaluate 120 x ((1/30)-0.3219281), I get -34.631372. If I evaluate 120 x ((1/(30-0.3219281), I get 4.043389355. Any questions, let me know. Good luck, Paul

What you call the iota may be the key to enter imaginary parts of complex numbers. Please read your calculator's manual.

This is a good scientific calculator that can do a lot, but things in the realm of a CAS (Computer Algebra System) are beyond its capabilities.

You cannot. It will be of no use to you on this calculator because it cannot do algebra.

It only calculates the FIRST derivative of a function that is defined by a formula. The derivative is calculated at a point that must be given.

Use the EQN mode. Select the type of equation, and type in the coefficients. Then solve. It is not sure you will find it again after you turn off calculator.
