I cannot turn on my camera. Please help!

First you have to take out the battery and use charger to turned on and when it turn on just put on the battery or take out the battery and wait for minutes then put it on and tur on,if that doesn't work when you turn on just hold R and start or repair it

How long do you have the camera?
Rechargeable batteries don't last forever, and when they are too weak to take a charge, the little light just blinks.
They could also be shorted out.

This flasing is a problem code. "The book" should also tell you what these flashes mean, although it usually means: replace the battery.

Red light indicates that the camera is out of charged., Try to charged your battery for 3-4 hrs if you encounter flashing red on a fully charged battery you need to call kodak 1 800 235 6325 ext 12

You can charged you camera using 5V AC Adaptor or a USB cable taht attached into the computer

All right if you have the same problem that i had what you need to do is take the battery out the take the memory card out the put the battery back in then try and turn it on if it works then put the memory card back in and it should be fixed

ok take the screws out [take apart] and let it set for an hour i had the same problem and after i did thetit was working like brand new

Take out the battery and memory card, then reinstall them.

This can sometimes be fixed if you remove the batteries over night and allow the camera to sit and discharge it should correct this problem. hope this helps.

try to replace the memory card.. or format the memory card first.

If I remember right it takes AA batteries. Correct? Perhaps one of your NiMH AA's is not charged properly. Try it again with two newly charged NiMH batteries. You might also try putting in two newly charged batteries and let it sit for 24 hours and then turn it on. Lastly you might try putting a little pressure on the lens when you turn the power on. I had to do this once with my Optio S4. Hope you can get it figured out.
