do not pay with credit cards unless you are in the shop
now you credit card details are hacker knowledge and you have no goods to show for it
only use paypal or other secure payment sources that guarantee a return of your money for bad seller sites
Please read the back of your receipt. I believe you have something like 15 or 30 days to return this type of item.
They have a fantastic return policy as long as you have the receipt, and make sure the stuff is back in the original box, and all the accessories are with it.
As soon as you walk in, a nice smiling lady will place a sticker on the item and point you to the Returns Desk.
That's it.
You will be refunded in the same manner you paid for it.
NB. Don't complain, and don't get too eager giving out unsolicited information. When asked why you're returning it, answer: I does not work. If asked what doen't work, answer: The brushes don't move or watever short answer is appropriate.
