belkin does not support this. The only way you can do it is by running a cable to the router to extend your wireless signal around the house. I did a similar setup with a powerline network adapter if running a cat5 cable is not a option. just make sure you change the main ip address for the 2nd router to like 192.168.2.2 and disable dhcp since the main router will handle dhcp. also make sure the wireless settings are the same and channel is different if 1st router is channel 1 then use channel 6 or 11 for the 2nd router.

Open the working pc open internet explorer and type 192.168.1.2 in the webaddress bar. this will open your belkin router settings page. On the left choose channel and ssid. If it asks for a password leave the password box empty and just click submit. The channel is the frequency your wireless network operates on. Some channels are more stable than others, but its just trial and error until you find the most stable for your area. It sounds like your linksys is your main connection so therefor it will not always let belkin connect because your pc has registerd your linksys to be your connection.

The frequencies of the phones and the modem are causing harmonics. You should have the ability to change channels on the phones, just turn the phone on and when you hear the buzzing start changing channels on the phone till it stops.
