There are no best channel to set your Belkin wireless router.
The best channel is one that your neighbours are not using.
Have a look at the wireless access points/routers in your area (view the wireless connections) and select a channel that is unused. This will cause less interference with your Internet connection/gaming.
Wireless routers can
broadcast on several different channels, similar to the way radio stations use
