4 weeks ago HEALTHY single leaves started to fall off.then full small branches started to loose all leaves. Branches dried and snap off. Full small branches stripped.
Some leaves have small holes.tree is 5 years old.most damage is on the south side.last week a full branch, all leaves curled and withered up, but have not fallen off. I don't want to loose the tree.

If you are going to "limb up" your tree by pruning the lowest branches, avoid stress to the plant by removing only a few at a time, not many at once. Never make one cut directly above the other or opposite another limb being pruned off in the same year.

Sounds as though you need to do some looking after your Hibiscus tree - watering + feeding , pruning the broken branches. Depending on what Hibiscus it is, it might be taking a rest , where leaves fall naturally,

That is tree leaf mold, contact a pest control company to spray it, it will need to be done multiple times to assure a cure. I know this because my wife is a pest control company supervisor.
G'day Patti, unless you want to look beyond the tree it would be advisable to leave the lower leaves and branches. The lower branches hide little critters from big critters. Cheers Greg.
Check to be sure there is no debris in that area and that the rubber weather stripping isn't loose or stuck. Oftentimes tree leaves and small branches can fall and block the area, stopping the slideout from closing completely.
