the power transfomer has a loose lamination in it. Gnerally too expensive to replace... check all the mounting screws to it are tight, sometimes a washer under 1 corner may help to rid the buz. ..it may be the standby transfomer also, These can be replaced for much less than a mains transformer.

I have solved this sometimes in the past by giving the laminations of the transformer a strategic wack with a hammer. .
