    This is more of an internet question instead of a computer/OS question. Who do you have for your email provider....yahoo...google...hotmail?

You did not specify which email program you are using. If you are using Microsoft Outlook then do the following:

Start Outlook, goto Actions/Junk-Email/Junk-Email Options.../
The Junk-Email Options page will open, goto the tab 'Block Senders'

On this tab you will see which email senders are blocked by your email.

sent e-mails remain on your computer or server and cannot be deleted or blocked by anyone outside of you system

i have the same problem just like yours, you can retrieve your email account but not your documents, all you have to do now is switch to other email engines like gmail or yahoo and better backup your documents on your email to prevent loss of your documents in the future.

Facebook not connect its blocked
did you try to add too many friends? If you sent a spam or anything for anyone to complain about? or did you post an inappropriate blog / Remark / photo? if you did... they will block your account. however check your email especially your junk mail to see if you have an email from facebook, likely you are banned for a week.

Daily Email quite arriving in email
An alternate scenario could be that the company from which you have been receiving these emails has been blacklisted by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for myriad of reasons (most commonly spam abuse). This would have nothing to do with anything that you've done on your end. Occasionally triggers are set off higher up in the chain that can push a wanted stream of email into the blocked bin.
