I didnt find audio drivers for lenovo 0689
Try to go to the Lenovo website and there at support type the model of the laptop and download the Lenovo update utility and it will update you're laptop's drivers.

My Lenovo G530 laptop does not acept sound drivers
On Win XP , you need to install Microsoft UAA before installing sound driver. Get the right drivers according to your operating system.
