Hi you should be able to do this in the edit screen if you hoop size can fit both designs.

I am having trouble transferring designs from USB to my Janome 200E machine. I converted the design to JEF and copied it to the USB and tried to transfer it to my machine. The only design that came up...

Ok, you need to put the file in the EMBF folder on the USB stick and the the machine should be able to see it.

Does this machine have a low shank --- or high shank?

High Shank Machines are all the Janome Embroidery models MC 8000, MC 9000, 10000, 10001, 11000, 200E, 300E, 350E....etc
If yours is not an embroidery machine, it has a LOW SHANK .....the higher shank allows for easier access for the embroidery hoop

Is this machine a high or low shank? I'm trying to buy a 1/4" quilting foot or seam foot and not sure which foot to buy.

High Shank Machines are all the Janome Embroidery models MC 8000, MC 9000, 10000, 10001, 11000, 200E, 300E, 350E....etc

Likely there's a size limit to the USB memory stick. It doesn't say in the 200E manual but a search on "usb stick" on the Janome site would indicate some earlier USB capable machines may have a 2GB limit.

There is a v1.03 update, but I don't know what's in the update... and you likely have the memory problem as the update method uses USB.https://www.janome.com/siteassets/suppor...
