This error code could indicate an issue with the drum or fuser. Ensure that the toner cartridge/drum has been seated correctly, and if necessary contact a qualified technician or Xerox support to further investigate and resolve the issue.
Turn off the printer and the system then remove the cables that made the connection in between them.
Open the upper cover and remove the printer cartridges.
Clean the cartridges clearly and make sure no dust or extra material should be there inside the printer.
Make connections once again then turn on the device and print a test page.

It is because of drum failure, especially caused by communication, better to reinstall window and install your driver. It will erase all unnecessary file from the cache.

Scale and offset voltage error too large. Something is wrong with the Electronics Module or Wave Amplifier.
that is pretty straight forward. More then likely the elsctronics module has failed. Wave amplifier is pretty unlikely.
If you do not have a maintenance agreement or under warranty, that is a very expensive module to replace.
