Likely there's a size limit to the USB memory stick. It doesn't say in the 200E manual but a search on "usb stick" on the Janome site would indicate some earlier USB capable machines may have a 2GB limit.
You would have better luck searching on facebook to find this out. You can also check on yahoo groups by searching groups for that model of sewing machine. Good Luck
High Shank Machines are all the Janome Embroidery models MC 8000, MC 9000, 10000, 10001, 11000, 200E, 300E, 350E....etc If yours is not an embroidery machine, it has a LOW SHANK .....the higher shank allows for easier access for the embroidery hoop
