If the machine is running the error code Al-52 still show on it. What could be the problem. Some time it goes off and on and if you manually put it on it comes and goes off again. What are the problem

C6400 is a fixing unit error.

To reset -

Try this, enter "10871087" from keypad, You should now be in maintenance mode.
Enter "163"press "Start / Print" key.

You should see a screen that says "Execute".

Press EXCUTE on the touch panel. It is displayed in reverse.

Press "Start / Print key.

The machine will turn off and then back on then come back to ready. If not then you need to replace the fixing unit.
