SOURCE: ONLY HD2 works, which is used most of the time.

I would look to see if a set up menu on the set has the other inputs lock out.

hyperunit failure. that tv uses whats called a " next hyper-unit" it is the digital scan card for the tv. it does the video and audio processing for the tv. they can be very heat sensitive and get better ot worse over time. the repair is very involved i suggest calling a repairman.

SOURCE: 3"X2" HD) radio by Insignia Radio

I'm assuming that you have tried to reset the radio with the button on its side and it didn't work. In that case this isn't a software - or commands - problem that can be fixed with owner commands, it's hardware: the processor of the radio got stuck because its firmware got corrupted.
All you can do is to force a complete reboot: with the radio working disconnect the battery; join the battery pin connectors for an hour to discharge all residual electricity from it (use a small piece of tin foil); plug it back - if the processor is still operational and the firmware chip intact the full reboot will take place and the radio should start functioning correctly. If this doesn't happen then the radio has failed - not worth repairing, just get a new one.

Toshiba TN55X Convergence problem.

You brought up an issue that we hadn't considered. Shortly after hooking up our TV to the receiver with a composite video, our convergence which wacko. My hubby replaced the 2 ICs, but now our power button just flashes red, with no picture. Not sure if new ICs are faulty or if it's another issue. He will replace old ICs to see if problem still exists with turning on the tube. And he'll try disconnecting the video signal to see if problem exists.

Ouch.. may have to consider another tv thanks to new technology ??????

Good luck solving your problem.

Mp4 player

You can try Nero 8 (www.nero.com) which has a cool player (Nero Showtime) and a user friendly transcoding/DVD authoring tool (Nero Vision) to offer. You may also consider Videolan VLC (www.videolan.org) which is free, open source, less user-friendly but it supports batch file conversion -- a realloy cool features when you have a dozen+ video files to convert.

Sanyo XACTI HD1 Camera-No Pictures / Videos captured.

I have intermittent problems of this type too. Occasionally I get a blank screen in the display mode.

Does the red light on the back of your camera flash while the screen is dark? Mine does.

It is beginning to bug me a lot. It may be because I got my camera wet in the past (and hence I have broken my camera), but I doubt that would result in a partial failure.

I think that the Xacti HD1/HD2 has issues a bit like a blue screen of death on an old Windows computer when faced with storage problems.

I.e. it works but crashes sometimes when it cannot store to its storage medium.

These things work for me
1) Turning the power on and off via the button underneath the screen.
2) Removing and re-inserting the SD card.
3) Turning the power on and off by removing the battery.
4) Using a different (and faster?) SD card.
I am still using my HD2, but I am finding that I must attempt solutions 1-3 about once a day.

It could be because the card I have been using recently is not fast enough. The HD2 accepts both SD and SDHC cards. My SDHC card (which is newer) seems to result in fewer problems, either because the SDHC format is more suited to the Xacti HD2 or becaues the SDHC card I have is faster that then SD card I have. I suspect problems with the speed of the card. I am using cheap SD cards.
