My visio tv keeps shutting off when I am watching a program.

How do you watch netflix? is this over the TV itself internally or are you using a seperate device to get this from?
If you connected the TX373 to the TV receiver, you will only get the sound from that one.

Use the RECOVER button to get back to watching satelliteprogramming if you accidentally change channels or inputs on your TV. Press POUND. Press & hold the TV Mode button until all Mode buttons light up. To take the remote out of Limited Mode, use the PAGE DOWN button instead of the PAGE UP button in step 2.

You cannot do that. When you shut down the wireless goes off. That would be like trying to continue watching a tv program after to turn the tv off.

You are having a power issue

Sounds like the power supply section in your tv has a bad component. Probably a bad capacitor or a surface mounted diode. One thing is for sure: something has shorted and is causing your power supply section to not fire up. Suprising to me because Visio has a good track record.

I've had my series 2 Tivo for about 2 1/2 years and never found the correct codes for it. I think it works off of a list of TVs manufactures about 3 years ago.
