Hi, when shipped from the factory, in Settings the Signal Type option is for the RF connector (F-type) set to the"AIR" (Over-the air antenna) mode, it must be changed to Cable for tuning channels correctly, otherwise video and/or audio can be "muted".

Disconnect all the speakers and check if you continue to do so, if you don't, check the cables and the speaker connection,
Go reconnecting the speakers one by one and try
If it keeps flashing, look for a specialized technical service

Desconecta todos los parlantes y controla si sigue haci?ndolo, si no lo hace, revisa los cables y el conexionado de los parlantes,
Ve re conectando de a uno los parlantes y prueba
Si sigue parpadeando, busca un servicio t?cnico especializado

Electrete condenser mic's MUST have phantom power to operate. Look for "Phantom Power" button on your Jackie (surely means Mackie) and try it again BUT turn volume down before engaging phantom power or testing mic.
Yes,Go to your PS3 settings, and go to your videooutput settings, there you should be able to selext AV cable or HDMI cable.
