SOURCE: New Hisense 55 inch LED TV does not have volume

Check its speaker. If it found OK, check and replace the audio output circuit board.

geek squad at best buy, but with that said if it is not under warenty don't bother having it fixed. go and buy a new one with a inservice warenty. good luck.

You cannot replace a screen that big. The manufacturers wont ship it to you. IT has to be done by an authorized service center.
