What are numbers you press to access setup menu Motorola dcx700

To access the setup menu on a Motorola DCX700 cable box, you will need to press the "Menu" button on your remote control and then use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Settings" or "Setup" menu. Depending on the specific model of your cable box and the version of the firmware it is running, the exact steps for accessing the setup menu may vary.
If you are having trouble accessing the setup menu on your Motorola DCX700 cable box, you may want to try the following:
  1. Check the user manual or documentation for your specific model of the cable box to see if there are any specific instructions for accessing the setup menu.
  2. Make sure that you are pressing the correct button on your remote control. The "Menu" button is usually located near the center of the remote and may be labeled with the word "Menu" or with a symbol that looks like a hamburger.
  3. If you are using a universal remote control, make sure that it is programmed to work with your cable box. You may need to refer to the manual for your universal remote to find out how to program it to work with your cable box.
  4. If you are still having trouble accessing the setup menu, you may want to try resetting your cable box to its default settings. To do this, you will need to unplug the power cord from the back of the cable box and then plug it back in. This should reset the cable box to its default settings and allow you to access the setup menu.

Motorola DCT 6200/1000 seems to only have one audio output?

There are three options:

1) Connect the Tivo using the coax output of the cable box into the cable input of the Tivo

2) Exchange cable boxes with your cable provider for one with composite output jacks. It may require you to use a Motorola box that isn't High def depending on what your provider has. I know Comcast has a Motorola HD tuner that has composite outputs as well as component.

3) Upgrade to a Series 3 Tivo. Those units are designed for High Def. Use HDMI cable hookup.

Find Code for Motorola Cable Box which Works for the Innovage Jumbo Remote Control

Had the same problem with my Jumbo Remote - found the code under the "General Instruments" list (051 for me). Also noticed that my cable box has a sticker on the front with a serial number starting with "GI," most likely more evidence of the General Instruments conection. Able to get all the functions to work: guide, menu, etc. Good luck!! - JQ
