You should try a soft reset, if you haven't already. To do this: First shutdown the phone. Press and hold power button, and tap power off, tap ok, and allow the phone to shut completely off. Press and hold the power button until the Motorola icon appears.

I had to look it up, so it is a Bluetooth headset. The battery should be rechargeable, so charge it, then check it with a volt meter to see if it is working. Some of those rechargeable batteries are hurt by letting get down to zero volts. There are more complicated way to deal with the battery, but you might be better off in getting a new battery, or a new headset.

Try this:
  1. Remove your at&t sim card and power up the phone.
  2. Using the keypad, enter *2767*3855#.
  3. Wait 10 - 15 seconds and the phone will reboot and the settings will be factory settings again.
  4. Place your sim card back into the phone, power on ( don't need password anymore)
