Still your batteries are bad. Had this problem before. If the batteries are more than 1 to 2 years old they need to be replaced. The charger only tells you it can't charge anymore, because the battery is sulfated. The meter on the chair is telling you the batteries are not strong enough to run the chair.
it sounds like dead cel in one of the batteries, try having batteries loaded tested.

Yep you have a weak or bad battery. Even tho the chair looks new if they didn't take care of the batteries ie: charge regularly then the batteries went bad just sitting. I would check in your area for a battery warehouse or store that can get you 2 new batteries at a reasonable price. If there is an Interstate battery distributor or store near you the get your batteries there. Your Select uses 2 U1 batteries. Check out my tips on charging your batteries once you have the new ones put in. Hope this helps

Hi standbydrive,
I see that you are having issues with you Power wheelchair Jazzy select6.
You mentioned that it has new batteries but it does not Turn ON. you tried charging your mentioned but the green light does not come on at all.
If I may ask have you check the connections on the Wheelchair if they are all connected properly, possible that it may have gone lose one of the reasons why when you try conencting the charges it does not give the green light.
there are two power connectors and if one of them is lose or is incorrectly connected it may not charge properly or may not charge at all.
for further details I have placed a link for you to see more details on the issue and for your furture reference regarding your Jazzy 6 power wheelchair, see link below.
