Ok so for some reason ever since we got a new modem and router my HP laptop willhave a full connection and all of a sudden ill lose it and my wifi says "No Networks available" and a red X appears by my bars at the bottom. ... I dont know if maybe my network adapter is going bad or ...
do you have good wifi signal. how many bars? if your signal bars is between 1-2 then it is most likely for you to lose connection from time to time. other than that it might be security issue like firewall or DNS setting
The statement is rather vague. Check ALL cables and reseat ALL connections. Reboot the wireless and the computer. Contact your ISP to verify the signal, have a ISP tech come out to analyze the signal.
