Hi,
If the machine is still trying to add toner after the toner cartridge has been replaced & the developer is new then I would look at the toner supply motor for that particular colour. Also check for a blockage within the small tube between the toner cartridge & the developer unit. You could try swapping the toner supply motor with one of the other colour motors as they are all identical. If the fault switches to another colour then the motor is at fault.
You can also check the operation of the toner motor in simulation 10.
Hope this helps.
Dave.

Sharp MX-2600N Color Copier Laser Printer Fax Printer. It is replenishing toner endless and at the end cut my sensor. The problem is that the replenishment happens almost after every restart

If the cartridge is damaged, replace it with a new one. Clean the contacts on the toner cartridge and in the toner cartridge compartment with a soft cloth.

Thats what the Manual says, your toner is not replenishing , could be your toner motor , or your toner is empty , or your developer sensor

What is code F2-40in a MX-M264N Copier?

F2-40 = ATC sensor abnormality ,
your toner is depleted , or is unable to replenish toner level in developer after X amount of time . a simple crop 14 should clear the error , but if it persists then you have bigger issues , try to check developer unit gears if they still function as they should, and check your toner level, and check your toner motor,

and if all is said and done try another toner cartridge, but be aware that the F2-40 usually fries the chip on the toner cartridge (not always though)

After powering on, it will show F2 on the Sharp SF 2540 Copier, So please, I need a programme code to clear it or any other solutions to solve it problem

You need to take it to a Sharp technician to check machine , usually a toner issue that toner is unable to replenish in developer unit and so blows the chip on toner cartridge ,

replacing toner cartridge rarely helps
seeing as it is a deeper issue

Sharp MX-M232D Copier call for service F2-40

Problem with your toner supply .... you're not getting enough toner mixed into your developer tank. Sometimes the cartridge will empty out without the machine giving warning, or the CRUM counter chip on the back of the cartridge wil zap out or wind down to zero. Try replacing your toner cartridge, if that doesn't clear the code your developer mix is out of balance and may need to be changed and reset.

Sharp AR-M160 Maintenance light and developer replacement light have come on together. Where do I get developer from?

It's not developer light.
It is drum unit light and maintenance.
You have to replace the Drum, Blade and Developer.
After changing them you have to reset the maintenance, drum, developer counter.
This procedure must be made by a copier tech.

But if you still want only the developer the code is AR-202D

Sharp COPIERS - AR-5316

The cleaning blade is in the drum cartridge.
There is no developrer change in that product.
There are 2 cartridges.
The toner and drum.
Toner contains all you need as far as ink. And also the waste sump is on the toner cartridge.
The Drum is a self containted unit that has the cleaning blade and auger built in.

Sharp copier ar-5316

That unit uses an AR-016TD Toner/Developer Cartridge. The developer is changed each time you replace the toner. To remove the drum unit open the right side cover, then the front cover, remove the TD cartridge, loosen the green screw on the front of the developer unit housing just above the TD slot. carefully remove the DV unit without tipping or you will spill out the existing DV. Then you can pull out the drum unit. There may be a green screw on the drum that must be loosened but I don't think so on that particular model. Installation is the reverse of removal.
