Not really enough info to give you an answer, but I can generalise...

You say Knocked alarm box with ladder alarm started"
If the fault is there permanently from when this happened there's a good chance that you have disturbed the tamper spring/switch on the cover of the alarm unit. when the front of the panel is removed you should be able to see the Sping/switch which is automatically depressed by this front panel, you may find the spring has fallen off the switch or gone out of alignment, refitting / realigning it should remove the tamper fault once the lid has been refitted properly. As for "bleeps when doors, windows opened"
This sounds like the "Chime" feature has been switched on and without the manual I cannot tell you for sure how to switch it off.
Chime is a feature which "Chimes" when a door is opened (Not often used on windows), if this started when the ladder fell on the panel it is most likely just a single key press to switch it off, Once the tamper fault is sorted you should be easily able to find the correct key press to turn the chime feature off.
Sorry for being a bit general but I don't have that particular manual. Hope the info helps you :o)

After you change the battery it will continue to beep every minute or so for about 20 minutes then return to normal operation..

Is the compressor running? if it is running, but there is no cooling, it is time to buy a new freezer.
If the compressor is NOT running, I would suspect the compressor start relay.
How did you defrost it?

The door switch is faulty. It switches the light on. There is no battery.

Check attic for smoke detector or alarm system with low battery.

If you have a remote, use it to cancel the alarm after battery is connected. Also look for a valet switch that overrides the alarm. Have to turn the Key on then hit the valet switch. If car will start but has alarm sounding find the speaker and cut the wire.
