Once your done of cloning the mac address to your router save the settings and turn off the computer, router and the cable modem.. turn on the cable modem first after 15secs then wait all the lights lit and turn on the router wait all the lights lit and the computer. your will notice that all your light is lit on the router and try to pull up the browser.. Now if you want to connect your ps3 and your xbox 360.. once your wired computer can access the internet, you will not have a problem connecting your wireless devices, you just need to setup your ps3 and xbox360 to connect and use the automatic ip address detect from your wireless devices.. you could either use static ip address and auto detect that your router will assign to your wireless devices.. if you still have any problem connecting your devices.. please feel free to call email me at [email protected] or you can reach me at +09157222160.. good lick!!
If you are trying to hook up these components through an ethernet cable and they still won't connect, to you need re-install the router. After install you need to unplug the power to both the modem and the router. When powering up you need to plug the modem power in first. After you get the lights on the modem on and it is connected, then you can plug the power to the router in. The router will then connect and you should be able to connect through ethernet to any component. The wireless is a litte more difficult. You need to make sure that your wireless is compatible with the components. There are different wireless formats (B,G,and N) if you are compatible then you have to make sure the network is setup as open. If you have the wireless locked then your wireless components that receive signal will have to match the network key that is pre assigned or one that you choose.
