Can't restore my iTouch to original settings

Update firmware defaults your ipod/touch to sync-mode. Double check the sync settings "Devices" => your_ipod => "Summary" => "Options" => [_]"Manually manage music and videos"

Will not bring your music files back, but it's a start.

I can't remember my password

Hi,
Welcome to Fixya. To be able to find the password of your wireless network you need to access the Zoom Configuration Manager settings page.
To access the Settings Page or the Zoom Configuration Manager, Open a browser and type 10.0.0.2. The username is admin and the password is zoomadsl
Click on the Wireless Icon in the Zoom Configuration Manager at the top of the page. This will open the Wireless Setup Page. Under Encryption you will see there your Passphrase and that is the Password for the wireless network. You can also personalize the Passphrase so that you can easily remember it.

Hello, I keep loosing internet

try to check the status of the lights on your modem. Try to check the light in globe icon, that is the icon for your Internet status, if is GREEN it mean to say that it has connection. When it turns to RED, check the DSL light if it is in SOLID GREEN, When it blinks try to check it with your Service provider.

Wirless works for the netwoek

The router's password is a Passphrase or the WEP or WPA orWPA2 encryption key. The Passphrase generates the WEP or WPA or WPA2 encryptionkey and this is in the router's wireless settings. To connect to your wireless router, it needs the router'swireless settings configured ie SSID, WPA or WPA2 encryption key and also thewireless cards in all the laptops and or computers needs to be configured withthese router's wireless settings. Then the laptops and desktop computers cancommunicate with your wireless router.

How do i set a password to protect my wireless

Access the Router's page and go to Wireless configuration. You may assigned a WEP key that uses hexadecimal value (A-F, 0-9). So if someone attempts to access your Wireless network, they will prompt to enter a Wep key.

Internet light does not light

Hi,

If you're saying that the outage is now repaired what you can do is to power cycle the modem and wait until the internet light lit up. If not try to report it to your ISP so that they can investigate on it.

Thanks for using Fixya.

Cant see what the wep key is

Log onto your router and get it.
It will be under wireless / security.
You should not be using WEP anyway, its better than nothing, but you should use WPA2 if its possible

Well the other day I was at the flea market and I

There should be a rest button on it some where you can press. This may appear like a pin hole that you need a Tooth pick or needle to press. You can also try using admin as the user and administrator as the password all lower case for both. Other than that you would have to go to the manufacturer website and download the user manual for your router and find the directions for resetting it.
