How an I replace the water filter indicator on the lid?

Unscrew the Flow Indicator Cap. Take out the rotor and the filter underneath it. Clean the filter. Second remove the filter on the water tank lid. If the lid is clear the filter will possibly be a bright color. It looks like a screen. Clean it. If that doesn't work call Consomer Care at 1-800-237-7691 There are pictures and directions in your Customer User's Guide.

You may have a defective water inlet valve.

I would start with checking all connections between the suction at the pool all the way to the filter. Also I recommend that you check to see if the flow at the suction is full flow without obstructions. Your hoses should not be dripping, so I would recommend tightening to stop the leakage, if the leakage gets worse when you tighten that could be an indication of a bad seal or o-ring that should be replaced. As far as the lid goes, unless it is cracked you should not have to replace the lid, but may need to check the seal and replace if necessary.

if water comes in but motor does not engage,probably the lid switch is the culprit.if you hear the motor turning but there is no movement,suspect a bad belt.if water does not come in @ all -verify that the units water supply is turned on.if water is on u probably hear a low humming noise indicating the valve is getting voltage, but no water can get through.remove hoses and clean grit and grime from valve filter screens. if no grit or grime. replace water valve on machine

definately, follow the mfg suggested cleaning in you booklet. the filter will not filter out hard water particles.

There are 2 filters, make sure they are clean, one is on the tank lid, the other is from the bottom, it is red, pull it out and clean it. If yours has a foam filter on the tank lid covering the yellow ball, make sure there is at least a 1/4 in. gap from the top. Also make sure that the lid in on and secured tightly.
