The BEST way that I found to fix my Kuerig after the dreaded DESCALE sign came up . Very simple and it works. All that you need is a STRAIGHTENED OUT PAPER CLIP 1..Unplug the machine .2. Take off the water tank .3. Lay the machine on its back 4.open the handle as if you were going to put a Kcup in 5. You will see a metal prong shaped like an arrow head . .Using a flash light makes it much easier to see There is a hole on each side of the metal prong 6.. Stick the paper clip in and out and rub it around for about 15 seconds Do that to each hole . 7.. Up right the machine , put the water tank back on - fill with water and plug in . After it heats up , the problem should be solved. I brewed about 10 cups of plain water to try to clear out the debris . Then back to my COFFEE :) .

Make sure you push the lid down all the way before putting the clamp down on the front. I've noticed that the back of the lid on my vivy (t12) can get stuck up (even with the clamp down) causing the water jet to not be inserted all the way - which produced very weak coffee.

just posted this solution to another problem. there is something on the glass bar code reader up where you insert the t-disc - or the water vessel is not properly seated in the base of the coffee maker.

Check both.
