How come my account is locked out and what do I do now?
The common reason your account would be locked out is that you have been reported by several users for objectionable use of WhosHere. If your account shows a message that it is canceled then it has been permanently canceled. If it has been suspended you will see specific instuctions in the app.

If you have paid through PayPal, please login into your PayPal account, find your transaction ID, view the recurring details and you will be able to cancel there, or you can send the latest transaction ID to filesonic support and they will cancel recurring charges for you.

If you have paid through Segpay, please cancel at this link: https://segpaycs.com/spsolo.aspx. If you do not have the necessary information to cancel at that link please submit a request to filesonic support and they will do that for you.

How do I get my money back because I have not received the goods

Hello,

You can only cancel your transaction if the recipient has not claimed the money. To request a refund, you'll need to contact the recipient of the payment.

To cancel the payment from your bank:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

The payment will be returned to your PayPal account, not your bank account. From there, you can withdraw the money from your PayPal account to your bank account.

To cancel your credit card payment:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

Your payment will be returned to your credit card. This can take up to 30 days.

Hi everybody , Thank you for the great app u made for social contact i loved that program since the time i saw but my account had been canceled because of violation but i didn't do any thing...

I am really glad that you love to use the apps. However to reactivate your account we don't have access over to it only the apps developer that can actually activate your account back,

Your account has been found in violation of our policies

This sounds like a message you recieved because they believe you violated their terms of use. If you did, there is not anything you can do other than reading the terms and conditions ahead of time. If you did not however, you should contact the company directly to get your problem resolved. I hope this helps and have a nice day!
