If it is a manual system--sounds like coolant low ie: air bubble in system. If it is ATC system, Check Codes, if no failure codes, coolant may be low--air bubble in system--most Durango's have air bleeders in system.
Pumps don't usually have freeze controls they will usually be in another control. Most are set at 38-40 degrees. All are different by brand but I think any run below 36. Be sure that your air temp sensor is OK if your having trouble, This will show on your control pad, and your temp sensor should be located below your control box by your equiptment. Hope this helps, good luck.
Check to be sure your timers and times are set correctly, and check your temp settings and temp you could have a bad temp sensor that is asking for heat and keeps the unit running.
The light is supposed to be on when the tub is full of water and the pump comes on. Make sure the heater is plugged into a seperate breaker, it cannot be on the same line as the pump. Look on the heater for a label. If your heater is installed on the discharge side of the pump it should say "pressure heater" on it. If it is installed in front of the pump it should say "Vacuum Heater" on it. Once installed, fill the tub with water and turn the pump on. If it is installed in the correct position the light will come on when the pump turns on.
