The F6E2 error means that the CCU (central control unit) and UI (control panel) aren't communicating properly. This could be the result of a problem with the wiring or with one of the two parts. You should check for continuity in the wires and that the wiring harnesses are fully connected. Next make sure that the control is getting the correct voltage from the power supply. You'll need to unplug the washer and access the top panel from the back before doing the tests.
I hope this helps. If you add a comment with the model number of your washer, I may be able to provide additional assistance. If your washer is under warranty, contact the manufacturer.
f06 OR e02 error code means you have an interface communication error. the main control board isn't communicating with the front interface control board. if you pull the washer out and remove the 3 screws coming in from the back of the top panel. the top panel will pull straight back, up, and off. check all the wire connections between the two control board and make sure they are all secure. if everything looks good, then the interface control board may need to be replaced.
f01 e02 means that your motor control board is not reading the tachometer on your motor when it tries to turn the motor. it thinks that the motor is struggling. open the door and turn the basket to make sure it spins freely.
The error code E02 and F06 on a Maytag washer could mean that the hot water solenoid went out. It could also mean that that the hot water control is not working properly.
I think these problems are related to water inlet, take off the hoses from the back of washer and you will find a screen in the outlets clean with old tooth brush until clear.
Unfortunately F06 E02 is a very bad error. It means you have an interface communication error. That means that the main control board isn't communicating with the front interface control board. You can pull the washer out and remove the 3 screws coming in from the back of the top panel. Next, the top panel will pull straight back, up, and off. Now check all the wire connections between the two control board and make sure they are all secure. If everything looks good, then the interface control board will need to be ordered and replaced.
