you wear it on your wrist after you charge it up via the usb charger.
You download fitbit app on your phone and then add fit bit to phone .
I am not sure how it works I am guessing it has a motion detector in it and each step causes a vibration it detects.
It must have some sort of a pulse sensor as it also knows when you are a sleep .
you need to set up an account using an email address with fitbit via the app.
there is also a windows app but you need the fit bit dongle that comes in the box it came with plugged into the usb port of p.c.
even thoug pc has bluetooth it does not seem to work with the p.c application unless the dongle is used with it.

The description is a bit vague, but check that all the brake pads have the vibration plate between the pad and the piston. If one or more of the plates is missing it can cause the pad to vibrate under braking. Whilst you are checking make sure that all the calipers are tight on the the mounting bolts.
All I did was wait for it to come back. I think it might have had something to do with the battery being low. However, that's never happened to me when the battery was low. When I plugged my charger in, I got a text message. I had the ring on high and vibrate. It vibrated for a second, then it just continued to ring. Once my phone was fully charged, the vibration came back. I think it was just a glitch in the phone. Razr's suck.
