SOURCE: Tl 2100 iseki tractor 1981 model in neutral.

Tractor, that is correct , Fixya has no Tractor catagory.
oddly , nor SEMI TRUCK tractors.
stored out doors? or IN?
seems this post is for stuck parking brake lever.
its rusted, replace the rusted parts.
or attempt to lube them.
same answer on all mech, parts. pure mech.
