Have power but car will not turn over 1990 bow 535i

The fault codes may have to be erased with a scan tool. However, if the fault is not repaired, and the computer deems the fault to be a hard code, it will keep the light on until the repair is made

The original equipment battery on this car is weak. I had to put a trickle charger on the battery for my 2008 BMW 535i to keep it charged. Your other option is to buy an aftermarket battery that is tougher than the original and costs less (about $110 versus $435).

What happens if you turn the VOLUME to MAXIMUM?

If still no sound , then suspect problem with the speaker , connections or wiring

If loud hissing etc. then speakers appear OK so suspect a radio fault

Your relays are or should be in the engine compartment under a plastic box or under the dash board on the driver's side or on the side of the dash board on drivers side.

The alarm usually has it's own battery. Find it and disconnect it.

ther is not one just hold the botom on each corner and give it a tug upwards. hope this helps
