It sound , like no power going to the starter ,,check
the connection wired to your starter ,, if well connected
and power going ,,, it maybe your starter is lock down inside
bed bearings, or bad solenoid good luck...

The fault codes may have to be erased with a scan tool. However, if the fault is not repaired, and the computer deems the fault to be a hard code, it will keep the light on until the repair is made
The original equipment battery on this car is weak. I had to put a trickle charger on the battery for my 2008 BMW 535i to keep it charged. Your other option is to buy an aftermarket battery that is tougher than the original and costs less (about $110 versus $435).
Your relays are or should be in the engine compartment under a plastic box or under the dash board on the driver's side or on the side of the dash board on drivers side. I use to own a 2003 BMW 325i sweet cars
