Put he bobbin on.
Place one end of the thread in the bobbin hole. Do it inside to outside.
Go to the front of the machine. There is a small round piece. From the spool you will rap the thread in a clockwise direction around it so there will be a little resistance to the bobbin winder.
Loose the small handle on the hand crank.
Begin winding. Do it slow so that you can insure the bobbin is wound evenly. It should stop winding when it is full.

How to fix bobbin winding from skipping on Shark Euro Pro X model 7133 sewing machine

You may have already done these steps but when my bobbin stops/starts while filling it I do these steps.
1. Check the thread path to the bobbin area for your machine.
2. Make sure the bobbin is all the way down on the winding spindle.
3. Make sure the bobbin is pushed all the way to the right.
4. Check to make sure the bobbin edges aren't dragging on the guide. I've had this happen and the bobbin will "slip".
If the bobbin is almost full the guide will push it away to keep from over-filling it.
You should be able to control the speed of the bobbin fill the same as you do the sewing feed. Going too fast may also cause the bobbin fill to skip.

Can't figure out how to fill the bobbin

hi Beverly.
you have not said what make and model.
but try this.
Always wind the bobbin before threading the machine and needle.
  1. Place spool of thread on spool pin.
  2. Slide spool pin holder/cap firmly over rim of spool to prevent thread from tangling.
  3. Push bobbin winder pin to far left if it is not already there.

How do I get machine case open to take care of thread jam around spindle

Um, you cannot fill a bobbin while it is loaded in the shuttle. To fill the bobbin, you have to remove it from the machine, go through other threading sequences and wind the bobbin on the outside of the machine. If you'd provide us with the make & model of your machine, we could probably help. With the information we've been provided, there's not much we can do.

You could stop the bobbin filling process just before the bobbin is "full."
Most machines have a finger that rides against the area being filled; maybe this is bent?

How to thread a bobbin

Are you pushing the bobbin presser against the bobbin (Pg 14, Step 4, Part 3 bottom of page). Usually, pressing that bar and locking it against the bobbin will activate the bobbin winding mechanism. (Make sure the bobbin is seated all the way down in the bobbin holder.)

As the bobbin winds and fills with thread, it pushes that bar out. When the thread reaches a certain level in the bobbin, the bar is pushed out and releases, stopping the bobbin winding mechanism.

Bobbin filling

Does the winder spin freely by hand? If so then it needs to be adjusted, maybe a new bobbin tire also. If not then try oiling it and freeing it up by hand.
Hope this helps.
