Dyron; Where are you from? i am a retired field service refrigeration/appliance technician. I worked for Sears Home services and A&E Factory Services. They are both under the same company. I hated the company and the long hours. But I loved the work and my customers. Peter, Glen Burnie, Maryland, USA

Can I take off the front panel of a Kenmore/Whirlpool washer to change the bellow?

Removing the boot will require that the front panel, door switch and console be removed.
To remove the front panel first remove the three screws securing the toe panel to the front of the washer and lift the toe panel up slightly pulling it forward.
Next remove the two screws securing the top front panel to the washer. The front panel can now be removed.

Machine leaks when clothes are washed but not

this could be a simple issue or a severe issue.
if you feel adventurous disconnect unit, and remove Rear access panel. inspect the rear bearring at the pulley, check for oil leakage and water residue. if there is water around the bearring the unit requires an overhaul. if nothing you should be ok.
it could be a disconnected vent at the top of the machine.
remove front access panel and inspect all rubber boots and connections for water.
this is best done just after washer has leaked, inspect where water is comming from.
there are many things that could be causing this.

Ge Adora Front Loader

If you have not already done so, clean the filter behind the panel in the front bottom of the washer. Remove the three philips head screws to get the panel off. Unscrew the plastic filter on the right hand side (use a shallow cake pan to catch any water). Remove the filter and clean out the pens, pencils, change, lint, etc... and put back in. All should work well after this. Thanks, Greg
