You have to log on to each email account to be able to read any email.. once you have logged on (with your user name and password).. you can go directly to the inbox, click on inbox, then click on any individual email you wish to read... Good luck..
Turn off your device. (Sometimes you have to remove the battery and reinsert it before this procedure, if the device has a removable battery)
Press Volume UP + POWER ON the device.
Keep pressing both keys until the Android recovery menu appears.
Now select the following options.
Highlight wipe data/factory ( Move up and down (power to confirm). Now highlight Yes -- delete all data and press power to confirm. After done select reboot system now. All data will be deleted!

To read messages in your email account, follow the steps below:

Can you give a little more detail? What happens after Yahoo Mail opens? Can you see the Inbox? Can you double-click the email to have it open separately? Are you trying to use the reading pane? If you single-click the email, what happens in the reading pane? If you double-click the email, what happens? Is this happening with all emails or just certain ones -- which ones?
It depends which email program you are using. It will show an email as read once you've opened it. Your email program may have an option to "show as unread". If so select your email and tick or select that option.
