Try unplugging for 2 minutes and if display looks the same, then theres and elec. issue.

it will not let you unlock the door because the machines full of water?--the machine will not finish its cycle because the vacume switch is still detecting water , The water will not drain because the pump is blocked with something , probably a wire from your underwire bra,all you can do is undo a pipe undernieth and let the water drain away and take the pump to bits ?There may be an inspection cap somewhere on the front at the bottom

There is a black plastic piece that sticks out from the machine. It is located at about
2 o'clock. You probably broke off the piece as I did with mine. If you have a wooden skewer (or something like it), stick it in and depress the button. You can glue the skewer in place.
That should fix your problem.

We experienced the same thing. I was able to restart and locate the noise to the water pump. After disassembling the water pump found the impeller shaft sliding out. For some reason this shaft will not stay in place. Had to order a complete pump assembly as the electric motor is not available.
