This is a virus, not a real department. Download and run the free MALWAREBYTES program on your system when you have rebooted into SAFE MODE with NETWORKING by pressing F8 at reboot BEFORE the Windows icons appear. Delete everything the program finds. Reboot and try to start into normal mode again.

1) Uninstall old browser if u still have new version... install again... use IE or mozilla any one... don't use both nor install both

2) Make sure: Internet Explorer -> Internet Options -->Clear Cache, Clear Cookies.
Find some where word as "Enable Cookies" ... you website might be blocked.
In internet option - Search of encryption options, Unblock it

CONTACT CYBER CRIME DEPARTMENT OF YOUR COUNTRY. immediately

If your browser is Internet explorer than follow the below steps to fix
(go to TOOLS, select OPTIONS, select the CONTENT panel, beside the load images automatically select EXCEPTIONS, then click REMOVE SITE for each image that u want unblocked ) to unblock all my images on my facebook account .

Check the privacy settings on your Internet Explorer
Click Tools => Internet Options => Security => Restricted Sites and check if Yahoo is under the Blocked website list. If not, try downloading other browsers like Mozilla Firefox and try checking your email.
