I can hear the caller and the dial tone but they cannot hear me.
There is a mute button, but usually this needs to be pressed after the call is connected. Your issue may be that your extension is not set up for handsfree in the capability programming of your set.
Have you tried another handset or especially another handset cord? Those problems are usually poor connections at the small modular connectors for the handset.

You will need to dial into the system admin of the voicemail

the password is dependant on how many digits your extensions use. 1020000 for 3 digit and 10020000 for 4 digit, 120000 for 2 digit.
go through the screens
Mailboxes, modify, scroll to password and press change.
Will reset to 0000.

Go to 'Setup / Feature' -> look for the menu item with option as Tone OR pulse...this is where u have to change :)

chang the call log options to none on the specific phone you want it to stop on. or you can go to feature settings and change the call log options to 0 system wide..

I'm pretty sure CID is automatic on a CICS....IF you have a CID trunk card. You might want to post the part number on the face of the trunk and we'll see if it's the proper one.
