Hey there rcrozier, your solution is to disable ACPI in the BIOS. To do so, follow these steps. 1/ When set up is loading, a blue screen will appear asking if you have RAID devices, indicating pressing F6. Instead press and hold F7. This should prevent ACPI from installing. Alternately at the blue screen mentioned above, press F5 and hold. It should advance eventually to a new screen prompting you to press F2. Keep holding F5. It will give you another screen telling you it cannot recognize your pc type. It gives you two choices: standard pc or other. Choose standard pc. resulting in ACPI not being installed. Unfortunately the other result of this ACPI not being installed is that your power management will be reduced. Overclocking is not advised. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
SOURCE: Does the following show any deficiency with the mother board?
Hello there.
As the errors say, there are no drivers installed to make the motherboard function correctly. Your Windows Operating System only knows so many drivers. So what i recommend is to download and install the drivers for your motherboard.
For Windows XP professional click here
The drivers you need on that page are as follows, please install them in this order as well or it may not work correctly.
document.write("Chipset: IntelĀ® Chipset Software Installation Utility for IntelĀ® Desktop Boards")* Chipset: Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility for Intel® Desktop Boards (1342KB)
* Video: Intel® Extreme Graphics Driver (5410KB)
* LAN: Intel LAN [V6.4_PRO2KXP_ONLY.EXE] (8798KB)
* Audio: Realtek AC97 [AUD_ALLOS_5.10.0.6020_PV_REALTEKAC97.EXE] (24333KB)
* USB: USB 2.0 [USB2.0.EXE] (1106KB)
This will install the drivers for your Chipset, Video, Network, Audio and USB.
Afterwards everything should appear as installed in device manager.
Hope this helps.

I know this may sound mundane, but did you load the correct set of windows drivers for the Intel 845 chipset? I mistakenly loaded the Home drivers onto a unit I tried to install Pro on and I got all sorts of errors.

I think the problem is with your RAM installed, try to swap other memory on your computer or try your RAM to other PC to determine if its working.
