FIRST MAKE SURE YOU DID NOT LOCK THE WINDOW, BY RELEASING THE BUTTON, THEN REMOVE DOOR PANEL ON PASSENGER SIDE , UNPLUG WINDOW MOTOR, AND TEST FOR POWER AND GROUND AS SOME ONE PUTS THE WINDOW DOWN FROM BOTH SWITCHES, IF POWER AND GROUND IS THERE REPLACE MOTOR, IF NO POWER THERE CHECK SWITCH, POSIBLE BAD SWITCH, BUT IF YOU SUSPECT WIRING , CHECK THE DOOR JUMB ON DRIVERS SIDE, INSIDE THE RUBBER BOOT MAY BE ONE OR MORE BROKEN WIRES , REPAIR THEM. NORMAL

Good Evening, most cases it is a faulty window regulator, however the usual suspect (a non-replaceable part) is the little ball cups that hold the track under the window to the regulator itself. They are really not that expensive and most places like autozone carry these in stock. Hope that helps. Thanks, Joey
